Did a diagnostic test on my 04' chevy trailblazer LS and got error code u1064 what could it be?

Not really sure what code U1064 is and how to fix. I have owned my 04'trailblazer for 3 years now and outside of the general maintenance I haven't really had any problems with it. The insterment cluster was starting to go when I bought it and now the only thing that works is the speedometer. Would the insterment cluster have anything to do with the multiple codes showing up?

I haven't seen the Instrument Cluster setting the U1064. The most common problem that will set the code is the Body Control Module (BCM)
