2000 Saturn LS2V6 Codes P03F1, U1B03, U1B01, U31BB showed up at the same time

Question

I did a Scan on a friend's 2000 Saturn LS2 with V6 Engine and came up with a chain of codes that my Scanner didn't recognize and I haven't been able to locate anywhere.

The complete chain of codes that was displayed as stored faults is:

U1B03
U1B01
P03F1
U31BB
P0300
P0305

The last two codes has to do with cylinder misfire but the first 4 codes are surely Dealer Specific or possibly a Scan Tool Software Glitch - as I have never seen such codes and my searches haven't come up with any answers.

The Scan Tool I have is a Genesys EVO and I am able to access most systems and functions on the vehicles I repair with it. I have seen where this Scanner will have software issues in the past but I have never seen it when I did a scan of all systems before.

At the time that I was Scanning and got these codes, the Engine was obviously running like crap - the exhaust smelled of raw Gas and it was missing big time - also, the Fan was on for no reason I could discover as the engine was still cold - outside temperature was around 40F and the Vehicle had been parked for several days due to a Flashing Check Engine light coming on as my friend was coming home from work a few days prior to when I did my checks.

After a couple Code Clear sessions along with wiggling the Ground Busses I found under the Hood, the Fan turned off and the engine started running normal - I have not been able to repeat the problem so my only clues may be encrypted in this chain of codes.

Any information you can provide on these codes would be appreciated.
