I have a 2003 altima that want start its shows code p0340 what does that code mean

It turns over but want start and there. Oil in where the sparkplugs go

More than likely you have to replace the Camshaft Position Sensor for the P0340 code and no start, and valve cover gasket for the oil leak into the spark plugs hole.
