P1782 DODGE -

P1782 and P0700 codes
Transmissin light comes on then goes off for awhile, then back on. It comes back on with in town driving with frequent up and down shifting and have notice shifting is not as smooth as it used t be in this mode.

It some times will not up shift out of lower gear, but when I shut off engine and start again the shifting problem resets and works normal shifting all the way to hih speed.

If the problem is in the solenoid pressure switch assembly, will a transmisson flush help or is this more likley a assembly replacement?

Fuid is low but not in add level

Any likely hood it could be the transmission control module?

Cars has 130k.
