P0770 TOYOTA -

Question

Had P0770 on 2003 Corrolla. Transmission oil was very dirty and filter mostly plugged. Cleaned out and replaced filter and oil and reset light. Transmission seems to work perfectly now but P0770 came back on after 3 hours driving. Next step?

This could indicate you need a new solenoid in there. It's possible the damage has been done and the solenoid needs to be replaced.
