How can i fix code p0443 for 1996 dodge ram 2500 5.9l

Question

So I've replaced the evap canister, and I've replaced the purge solenoid, now its giving this code and now my fuel pump relay won't work? Can anyone tell me what i can do please.

If you have already replaced the purge control solenoid and are still getting the code, it's likely bad wiring to the solenoid or the computer is not turning the solenoid on.
