Where is the ignition/Distributor speed input circuit sensor on my 1999 Ford f150 5.4 ltr?

Was having a fuel problem like it was running out of gas, it had. Broken scrader valve, I replaced that and it ran but when I would hit a bump it would die. Moved some vacuum hoses around the pcv connection and it would die. So I replaced the hose and now it won't start at all. Ran the obd and I am getting p0320, p0172 and p0174.
