P1000 FORD -

Ford F-150 @WD 2006. Scan code reads P1000 code, test not complete. I cannot get past this point on the menu to diagnose the problem. Engine light is not on but engine has a noticable miss in 4th gear under light load and will shift between 3 and 4 gears.
Any ideas?
