Replaced Manifold absolute pressure sensor after engine light came on. P0107

Question

Code P0107 came up. I replaced the manifold absolute pressure sensor which cost me $ 74.19. I removed the negative from the battery to reset it. Started it up and the Engine light came back on.Went back to Auto zone for another free scan. P0107 came up with many more explanations and probable causes.
I replaced air filter . Would that have anything to do with it ?

Replacing the air filter would only cause the problem if the air filter box was left loose. Otherwise, here is a list of possible causes for this code.
