How can i bypass the chiped key and dissable the security system to take it out of safe mode?

I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee how can i bipass the securtey system to shut it off with a bad chip in the key i have found 7 differnt ways to suposedly reset the system i would like to be able to disable it and be able to use the jeep and features such as power windows please help i have to go to work soon
