This code means there is a lean fuel condition on bank 2. This can be caused by several items such as low fuel pressure, an intake manifold leak, faulty O2 sensor on bank #2. All of these must be tested to determine the cause of the lean mixture. Once repaired the check engine light will then have to be cleared and then once the monitors reset the car should pass the inspection.
