2004 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.8L AWD I got a P0161 & P0161 pd codes on the first start after turning 100k, is this for preventative, or do I have an issue?

HI there

According to the code you have an issue with the heater circuit in the O2 sensor.  Sensor 2 on bank 2. This is the bank 2 sensor AFTER the catalytic converter.
