2004 Isuzu Rodeo 3.5L Keep getting P1239 code

Question

Keep getting code P1239 on 2004 Isuzu Rodeo 3.5L. Have replaced the entire fuel pump as that is where they said high fuel pressure regulator is. Code continues with reduced power especially when going up hills and small inclines. If able to get to 45 mph reduced power indicator goes off and power restores until rpms drop. What do I need to check or do now?

Don't know if you still need this info, but my scanner shows P1239 is Injector 6 Control Circuit Shorted.
