P0729 MAZDA - Ford Fushion Trans

I have a Ford Fushion that has had problems shifting up either quickly or after down shifting. The other day the engine light finally came on when this situation occurred and gave the above code. Until then no one could help me with the problem. Vehicle has only 60K miles (just past warranty).

Anyone have anything similar or know what is going on?
