I have a BMW 740 IL year 2001..I got this code that comes up

HI there

This code means the A cam sensor is seeing the cam over advanced on bank 1.

This is usually a problem with the variable cam actuator, but can also be a problem with the wiring or a mechanical issue. This code is difficult to diagnose without a scan tool that can read live data.
