error codes both banks 2000 f150 5.4

Question

i have a 2000 f150 5.4 , one day it would stumble on start up, the shop did tune up new plugs new coil paks,new cam sensor new crank sensor new iac valve.throttle body ws cleaned also, computer was cleared , then vehicle was taken on a relearn drive,, ran just fine, but then oh shit shut it off and tried to start that was ok but it stumbled again so i turned the key off then back on then it ran just fine, looked at the codes po352,po355,357,po358 says there is a circut malfunction some where,cleared codes again went for a drive ran great then when got home shut it off went back to start started ok then it started stumbled again did the same thing this time i had to turn keyb off three times and restart then it ran just fine, diffrent coil pak codes this time but both sides again, , but there are times after you get done driveing then you go back and start it starts fine and runs like a champ. no problems what so ever,, ive beeen told my pcm is failing?????? or is there a main plug some where all the coil pak wires go to and plug in, is there a main hot wire some where that could be bad???all connecters on coil paks are ok. any help would be great.. clayton hansen
