2007 Saturn Sky 2.4L shows p0010, p0013, p0014 codes

Question

2007 Saturn sky 2.4 hesitating when accelerating. I changed MAS, intake and exhaust sensors AND solenoids and reset check engine light. Also replaced air filter. Little better not much though. I'm new to engines so please forgive me if I sound stupid but is the solenoid and actuator the same thing? And what do you think the chances are it now could be a faulty ECM or a faulty OCT? Hi there,

All these codes point to an issue with the camshaft actuators caused by low or dirty engine oil or a problem with the ECM. Here is a list of other possible causes. And an actuator and solenoid are the same things.
