can an rear sensor on a v-10 engine cause it to stumble for 4 minutes at cold start up and then smooth out and run fine?

can the rear oz.sensor cause my 2001v-10 to stumble for about4 minutes when it\'s a cold start,after 4- min. it runs fine,i have codes po141 and po136 come up?
