My 2003 Ford Crown Victoria will not turn over. I am getting the p1233 code.

This code means the fuel pump driver module is offline or disabled.

This can be caused by the inertia switch in the trunk, a faulty fuel pump driver module, the wiring to the module or the pcm itself. This will stop the car from starting because there isn't any fuel.
