1998 honda civic ex 1.6 l automatic

Ok I bought 6th gen coupe it has a d16y7 with the y8 Mani and exhaust I just did the head gasket and new timing belt the idle was fluctuating I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the gasket along with the map sensor started it up same thing code p1259,p0113,p0108 so I switched the ECU to a p2e from a 98 DX it starts up sound really good idling but bogs out when accelerating so I found a couple things I need help answering I've looked and there isn't another o2 sensor underneath the car and I pulled the other o2 and a lil to the right there is a hole could this be the cause of it???
