I need help figuring out why I’m still getting faulty coil codes.

code p0356. Have already changed all 6 coils and spark plugs, replaced the vct, and valve cover gaskets. Still getting the code, how can I tell if the wiring to the coil is shorted out or if it’s the whole pcm

Vehicle: 2008 Ford Fusion se 3.0
