F150 P013C code comes back less than 5k miles after installing new Motorcraft sensor

2014 F150 4x4 5.0L - P013C (O2 sensor slow response-rich to lean-Bank 2, Sensor 2) code showed up at approx 50k miles, replaced sensor with new Motorcraft sensor, cleared code, but same code has come back at 55k miles.

It's possible there is some other issue causing the code. Fuel pressure, a faulty fuel injector or even an exhaust leak can cause this code to appear.
