I recently add an oil change & prior to that I had knock sensors replaced. 2 diff. mechs. Which do I return to?

P1110 OBD code, Infiniti Q45 1997, 175K miles.

Sometimes changing the oil take care of the P1110 code, but if the problem persist after the oil change, you have to replaced the Intake valve timing control solenoid. The knock sensor is a different problem.
