Hi there

Without engine size I cannot tell you which side of the engine this sensor is on. I can tell you that it's the O2 sensor AFTER the catalytic converter on bank1 that is the problem. The heater circuit is part of the sensor and usually when they burn out you will get this code. Replacing the sensor resolves the problem in most cases.
