Does a 2000 ford windstar have 4 or 2 oxygen sensors? code is P1152

I Have a 2000 ford windstar.. after changing fuel filter egr valve and plugs  and idle sensor added fuel injection cleaner and  stp the code that comes up is P1152..have been told that it has 4 oxygen sensors some say 2.. The van will start run for a few minutes stall out.  When you brake or turn a corner it stalls out...Confused as to what needs to be changed?

There are 4 sensors on your Windstar, but usually the O2 sensors will not caused the engine to stall. The P1152 cod indicates that the engine is running too rich. Start by inspecting the air filter, replaced if necessary and check for intake leaks.
