will obd11 diagnose electrical system (battery)problem?

Question

replaced dead battery- after trying a jump from another car. new battery, even with jump, wouldn't start car. though headlights are bright- no interior lights work- no power windows- not even door locks. wasn't sure if I might have blown one of the large(blue) fuses listed as battery. this is a '97 infinity qx4.

For your 1997 QX4 the OBDII system won't monitor the type of electrical system you have. I recommend checking all fuses and make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight.
