2012 Chevy Malibu - P0700 - P2534

Can anyone help me please. I took my car 2012 chevy malibu to my mechanic bcoz my driver seat wont move back and fort he change the fuse. 2 days later the seat wont move again and took it back but thr guy who fixed it wasn't there, When I went there no engine light and my car was nice and smooth. The mechanic open the wood and starts removing the fused and putting it back he pull and push each fuse, he was messing with it for good 10mins then after that he told me to move my Car on the side bcoz there was a towing truck behind me wants to passby, I went inside the car and start the car when step on the gas and put it on drive my car bounces and I was stepping on thr gas my car won't move, I put it on park my car bounces again. I was scared what happen to it. He told me to turn it off and start again my put it in drive it bounce and my car hardly move, I was stepping into the gas my car move very slow, when I put in reverse it bounces again. What do u think is wrong? The mechanic told me to step down and I was mad bcoz I dont know what he did, he said my power mount need to be replace and will cost me $800, I said what the heck happen? My car was driving very nice and smooth with no issue besides the seat now a bigger problem. I went to auto zone to do 2nd opinion they run the test and code came up P0700 AND P2534 transmission control system and ignition switch run/start different what that mechanic told me. Whay should I do? I'm so mad to that mechanic bcoz my car waa fine 10mins ago then he messed with my fuse box.

P2534 You still have a open fuse, P2543 you have no power going into the TCM (transmission control module) in the fuse box in the engine compartment listed as IGN/ RUN relay check to make sure there a fuse there and it has power, the other is listed as F1UA
