the mechanic remove all the fuse and put it back is there anything to do for P0700?

I took my 2012 chevy malibu to the mechanic to fix the driver seat bcoz it was moving back and fort, then 2 days later the seat wont move again so I went to the mechanic and he said he needs to change the fuse again he open the fuse box by the hood and by the trunk he took all off and put it back then he told me to move my car on the side bcoz the towing truck wants to passby, I went inside my car I start the car and put it into drive my car make a big noise from the hood iy bounce everytime I move the gest drive or reverse, I was so shockef and got scared, I step into the gas but the car wasn't moving I turn it off and turn it on still making that noise when changing gear. I step into the drive all the way but the car hardly move. Is there anything to do when he remove all the fuses and put it back? I ask him was the problem he said u have bigger problem now the power mount need to be replace he pointed it to me so it will cost me $800 and will take 6 to 8hrs to fix so I drove to auto zone for second opinion they did the diagnostic and the computer says P0700 which was very far from what the mechanic told me. I weny there for my driver side seat problem just literally 1min they blew everything up. What should i do now? I can't afford $800 I'm so tight right now
