2013 Hyundai IX35 2.0L with engine code P0299

DEAR SIR

Good day ,I have hyundai ix35 model 2013 , it has dpf no adblue
we face this DTC and we do change the turbo , and same problem . I notice that THE DPF has been washed with bad material and it has blocked holes by camera , will this blocked by soot make this DTC
