2002 chrysler voyager code p0305 hesitates and jerks where do i go from here

changed all plugs and wires after the van started jerking and engine light started blinking showed code P0305 but it is still jerking and for like a month my gas gauge is like a quarter tank off would this be related to it throwing this code?

I would replace the ignition coil. The gas gauge isn't going to affect this and won't affect only one cylinder. Replacing the ignition coil will likely solve the issue for you. It's pretty common. If the coil doesn't change anything then do a compression test on the engine.
