Code P1399 and P1259 are coming up. Have no power and car just died. What could it be?

1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3L, just replaced head gasket. Have no power and code p1399 phone and p1259 code are coming up

P1399 Random misfire

P1259 Problem in VTEC oil pressure switch or VTEC solenoid valve

P1399 is the code that has to be resolve first, If you set a P1399 at idle this would require a valve adjustment. especially after doing a cylinder head.
