2003 Nissan Xterra 3.3L with code P0306 and P0300

Question

I have a 2003 Nissan Xterra 3.3L with code P0306 and P0300. Cyl misfire on 6 and I've replaced plugs wires distributor cap and intake gaskets and cleaned EGR system.....run comp ck and everything still cyl 6 dead....At me end any suggestions

I would check for injector pulse on cylinder 6 next. If it has it, then swap that injector with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves. If it does, replace the injector. If it doesn't have pulse, check continuity and then if it's good replace the computer.
