BlueDriver OBD11 getting Fuel Sys A--Closed Loop and Sys B--OpenLoop.

Previously got P0171/P0174 codes for both banks--reset codes, cleaned MAF, and used hi octane fuel with additive. No more codes, but with BlueDriver OBD11 getting Fuel System A--Closed Loop and System B--OpenLoop after warm up. Gas mileage has been poor preceding this. Any ideas?

Vehicle: 2002 Toyota Camry SE 6cyl
