This was the direct result of an incompatible voltage regulator being put in my alternator!

However, my battery is charging ok and everything works good with the wrong regulator except for the check battery light always on, on the dash!

Does this mean my ecu has been damaged??

Thanks!

HI there

This would indicate either the ecm has been damaged or the wiring from the alternator to the ecm is damaged.
