How to fix a code 606 03 accord with out going to the dealersjip

I bought a 2003 accord 2.4 automatic
It had electrical issues I checked all the fuses and relays had them replaced and the green immobilizer light still flashing so I checked the ecu and it was drowing in what seems to be cocacola took it out cleans with electrical cleaner plugged it back in hot code p606 that's as far as I got any help would be appreciated

This code means there is an internal memory error with the ecm. It's likely going to need to be replaced. You can do this but it will still have to have the keys programmed so the car will start.
