P0171 sys too lean Bank 1 Lambda, Map , ECT sensor & Battery Rpld.

Honda Stream 1.7 Auto 04 I have replaced Lambda Sensor, ECt Sensor & MAP sensor & Batterry. And each time we cleared the fault with test tool. After a few drives about 5 or 6 the eng warn light comes back on & stays on.

HI there,

A blocked catalytic converter, faulty rear O2 sensor and sometimes carbon buildup on the valves can cause this code. Usually if it's happening after you drive it a while it's a valve issue. I have also seen it happen with low fuel pressure.
