P1507 code on 2004 Hyundai Elantra. What part needs to be replaced?

This code is for the idle speed control actuator. This is usually the result of the actuator itself, but sometimes it can also be an issue with the wiring to the actuator itself. Sometimes you can remove the actuator and clean it with carb cleaner to resolve the issue as well.
