Checked voltages. Max when hot 5volts. Cleared code. After two weeks code reappears. Checked grounds. Checked voltage again. Still max 5volts when hot. Replaced sensor. Cleared code again. Went another two weeks code reappears.

Seems to happen after car sits for a while and the ambient air temp drops to below 60 degrees. Is it possible that the alternator regulator spikes at startup causing this issue?

P0113 Intake air temperature sensor too high

Circuit high code and on certain vehicle with certain fuel strategy a circuit high code mean you have a disconnection of that sensor ,This is not going to be the sensor problem, a lot of times the terminal spreads apart and when that happens you set a circuit high code, use a pin and bring up therminals so it can make proper contact
