How will code P013A affect my 09 chevy impala and how do I fix it?

This code will not affect the auto start. The code is for an issue with the rear O2 sensor on bank 1. The sensor is not working correctly and in most cases the sensor is the cause of the issue. Here is some more info on the code for you.
