We've changed all ignition items but still have P0304 & P0325 error codes...what now?

Our Villager runs rough and knocks when we accelerate.  We changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel injector and no improvement.  What else could it be?

Po304 indicates a misfire on cylinder #4. If you have a knocking sound then I suggest doing a compression test on cylinder #4. It's possible there is an internal issue with the engine causing the misfire and the knocking sound. The second code is for the knock sensor, if the engine is knocking it might be generating this code.
