2004 hyundia sonata odb code P1505 idles at 1300 rpm transmission shifts at about 2000 rpm from 1st to 2nd and about 4000 rpm to 3rd manual shifting works perfect ahd water pump and timimg belt replaced recently

This code is for the Idle Speed actuator. Basically it's stating there is an issue with the idle speed control. You have to check the motor and the wiring to it. In most cases you can remove it and clean it then reinstall it and see tif there is improvement.

This can also be the result of a vacuum leak causing the engine speed to be to high.
