Mercedes Benz s500 2003...code p0341

P0341 code ....read by advanced auto scanner.   check engine light came on while traveling 100 miles away from home.  Oil, antifreeze levels ok.  Car did not run hot.  After advanced auto hooked scanner and gave me code p0341, check engine light went off.  Is it possible, my battery is going bad or other issue?

Does the engine start up easily, if it does replace the camshaft sensor, If it was a battery issue you tend to have the SRS light on.
