fuel rail pressure too high code. What should the fuel rail pressure be. This engine will barely start, idles rough and sounds like one cylinder is firing with an intake valve open. It is a new Auto Zone short block with about 600 miles on it. Turbo and fuel injectors are new. Any suggestions would help. P0193 is the only code and it sets immediately upon starting. Compression is 150 +- 7%. New plugs. Tried removing spark one cylinder at a time and all decrease accordingly at idle.
Again there is only one code. I listed the 0000 to get this page to work.

P0193 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high

Even with this code the engine would start, it used in highway speed , when the engine needs more fuel the fuel rail pressure sensor gives more voltage to the fuel pump. This code is not going to cause a no start condition. 150 psi on the compression is good. If the engine has a sound of one cylinder with a open valve you may just have that.  , use a vacuum gauge and measure your cranking vacuum if its more that 2 lbs  suspect a valve problem.
