2003 Volvo S40 1.6L with code P0030

Question

I can't locate the sensor on my Volvo s40 I have a P0030 code and on live test the voltage does not change from V1.275 but the number 2 sensor fluctuates.
I would like to remove the sensor for inspection but I cannot find it?

P0030 Front vehicle oxygen sensor no signal

Sensor 2 is the catalytic monitor sensor, this code is for the upstream which is the first 02 sensor , on the exhaust the catalytic convertor as the exhaust flows the first 02 sensor is sensor 1 in question
