Is it possible that any of these problems would not affects gas mileage?

Suggested possible causes all make sense, however, if nothing affects the gas maileage, is it possible it's giving a false alarm?

If the difference is too small, you may not feel or see the difference on gas mileage. But before replacing any parts try to just cleared the code and flush the injectors.
