P2097 HYUNDAI - Post Fuel Trim Too Rich-B1. What does it mean?

My car is 2004 Hyundai Accent with A/T and 64K miles. It's in good shape and gets good mileage (30-34 mpg).  Check engine light came on a week ago, does not seem to affect anything. The code is P2094. What is wrong?

It means that the engine is running too rich, this situation could be due to a bad spark plug or a leaking injector. Also, a faulty rear O2 sensor can cause that problem. If the plugs, injectors and rear O2 sensor are OK, then it may be necessary to replaced the three way catalytic converter.
