What fuse on a 2005 PT Cruise Convertible Turbo can be flown causing a P0031 code?

I've replaces both O2 sensors but get a P0031 and P0037  code  on bank 1 and bank 2

P0037  02 sensor Bank 1 sensor 2

P0031 02 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1

When you set a P0031 you can , would also set a P0037, The main cause for these code is P0031 being set, there is not fuse for this the power for the heater comes from the PCM.
