What should I do ?

I have toyota passo 2006 . When it shifts It's gear it gets a push and the o/d light starts blinking and the check light turns on ..when I scanned it gave a code (p1346) I have tried to resolve this issue by changing its vvt , computer, even its gear and changed its gear oil but it's issue is still there . What should I do now?

Check the cam position senor and also check the mechanical timing. If it's jumped time, then it could give you this code. Also, check the oil and condition of the oil, if it's to low, the code will keep coming back as well.
