auto parts stores don't seem to be able to order me a governor pressure solenoid valve

the code it is showing is po748 . i checked the fluid and the wiring connector and it all seems to be fine.

Vehicle: 2002 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.9 liter engine

If the part is not avaliable in auto part stores its probably a dealer item only.
