Its very common to have a knock sensor code on these. It doesn't turn the light on and it's under the intake manifold. You can ignore it without any problem.
The p1143 code is for the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor heater circuit. This is usually a problem with the sensor itself and once it's replaced the issue is resolved.
